Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of ListingReel, a macOS application from Arventa Labs (“we,” “us”). By installing or using ListingReel, you agree to them.

1. License

ListingReel is sold as a one-time purchase. Your payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ListingReel on Macs that you own or control, for your own real-estate media work. The software is licensed, not sold; we retain all rights not expressly granted.

2. Free trial

ListingReel offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality, including exporting finished videos. When the trial ends, exporting requires a valid license; your projects and editing remain available.

3. Payment and refunds

Purchases are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record, and applicable taxes are handled at checkout. After purchase you receive a license key to activate the app. If ListingReel isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

4. Bring-your-own-key AI features

Some features rely on third-party AI providers (such as fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and Anthropic) that you connect using your own accounts and API keys. You are responsible for your use of those services, for any fees they charge you, and for complying with their terms. We are not responsible for provider availability, pricing, output, or changes.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other content you import and to the videos you produce. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use that content, and that your finished videos comply with all applicable laws and rules — including MLS rules, the Fair Housing Act and other fair-advertising laws, and any required disclosures or disclaimers.

6. AI output is a starting point — not advice

AI-assisted scripts, voiceovers, captions, ordering, and compliance checks are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. They are aids, not professional, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before you publish it. Pre-flight and Fair-Housing checks do not guarantee compliance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software, or use it to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

8. Warranty disclaimer

ListingReel is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arventa Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ListingReel. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

10. Updates and changes

We may update ListingReel and these terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.

11. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and remove the software.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
